12345热线为民除“臭”，鸭场环保举措新
<p><span style="color: rgb(33, 37, 41); font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, Segoe UI, Roboto, Helvetica Neue, Noto Sans, Liberation Sans, Arial, sans-serif, Apple Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji, Segoe UI Symbol, Noto Color Emoji; font-size: 16px; text-align: center; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">来源： 县热线中心</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: initial; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; line-height: 39px;">近日，有群众致电12345反映大英县鑫河村高板桥养鸭场养殖大量肉鸭，死鸭尸体和粪便清理不到位，场边臭味熏天，影响生活环境，望核实解决该问题。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 1em; margin-bottom: 1em; padding: initial; color: rgb(33, 37, 41); font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; line-height: 39px;">接到反映后，大英县政府服务热线中心立即组织县农业农村局前往调查处理。经现场核实，该鸭场本属于四川森福农业开发有限公司，2023年7月25日，公司将场内部分圈舍3476㎡租赁给现养殖业主饲养肉鸭，现存栏肉鸭23480只，建有化尸池22m³，采用深埋方式无害化处理死鸭，现场臭味明显。了解情况后，县农业农村局立即组织养殖业主升级环保措施。一是加强降臭措施。该场已在圈舍内增加喷雾除臭设施，按每小时10分钟频率进行喷雾除臭，尽量降低臭味，同步做好养殖场内外清洁和消杀工作。二是提升无害化处理水平。该场与遂宁浩川油脂有限公司签订无害化处理合同，死鸭一律及时交由浩川公司集中作无害化处理，不再自行深埋无害化处理。目前，场周边环境已有明显改善，群众表示很满意。</p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//dyxrmt.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_d90" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
