margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">为全面贯彻落实中、省、市、县纪委监委及市场监管部门关于集中整治群众身边不正之风和腐败问题的部署，根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》《网络餐饮服务经营者落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》等法律法规，进一步整治网络餐饮食品安全乱象，守护人民群众“舌尖上的安全”，大英县市场监督管理局从2026年3月23日至10月31日面向社会公开征集网络餐饮食品安全违法线索。违法线索征集期间，大英县市场监督管理局主要受理外卖商家以下行为：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">1.无证照经营或证照过期、超范围经营的；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">2.食品安全管理制度执行、原料控制、加工制作及配送过程控制不到位，场所环境卫生不达标以及人员健康管理不规范的；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">3.使用过期、腐败变质食材，回收剩菜再销售的；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">4.在平台公示的菜品和主要原料与实际不相符，网店名称和实际经营门店招牌名称、地址不一致，未落实制止餐饮浪费措施、虚假宣传，未实施“互联网+明厨亮灶”的；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">5.无堂食外卖经营者在平台公示资质信息不完整不规范，上传的经营地址和门店照片与实际不符，场所环境卫生不整洁，加工制作不规范的；</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">6.坚决清理“幽灵外卖”，严厉打击使用、公示虚假经营资质，虚假健康证明以及套证、假地址、盗图入网经营、价格未公示等违法违规行为。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px; margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 18px;">为便于社会群众反映违法线索，社会群众可以通过以下任一途径进行举报：一是线下举报：直接向大英县市场监督管理局（大英县万福街69号）进行口头或书面反映。二是线上举报：通过扫描公告下方二维码进行线索填写，或拨打大英县市场监督管理局投诉举报热线12315或12345。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 5px;
